The Otways in a Glass!
Riesling 2005

Potentially one of the best Rieslings the Estate has produced so far, and still travelling very strongly.

Colour: Mid gold with olive green hues.

Nose: A concentrated nose that reveals lime, gooseberry, spice and exotic fruit characters.

Palate: This wine is beginning to show some of the wonderful complexity that comes with aged Riesling. Initial lime flavours give way mid palate to delicate wood turp characters with hints of toast that then lead to a crisp lingering palate. The wine is intense yet balanced and will continue to reward further cellaring.
